Product returns due to delivery error
In case the customer receives products different or with different properties (eg different color or size) from the ones he has ordered, he should contact us to return the products to their original condition to check and detect the error. In this case the costs of returning the products to us as well as the shipping costs to the customer are borne by our company.

Returns of defective products
In case the product delivered to the customer has a manufacturing defect, the customer should contact us immediately to return the products for inspection and detection of the defect.
The return of the product should be done together with all the documents that accompanied the product e.g. Receipt, Invoice, etc. and in its original condition and packaging.
For the return of the product, the customer must cover the shipping costs to our company and our company bears the shipping costs for the replacement of the product.
Upon receipt of the product from our company, the defect mentioned is checked and in communication with the customer, information is provided about the results of the check. In order for the product to be replaced or returned, it must not have been damaged by the customer and must not be incomplete.
If the defect is found, the product is replaced or the order is canceled and a refund is made if there is no product of corresponding characteristics.
In case of cancellation of the order, the refund of the purchase is made in the same way as your initial payment to our company.
Our company undertakes to return the amount no later than 14 days after the cancellation of the order, while there may be a longer delay by the issuing Bank, something in which we have no control and we are not responsible.

Right of unjustified withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. The withdrawal is made under the following conditions:
The package should not have been opened and the product should not have been used.
This withdrawal is unjustified and without any charge and if the product has already been delivered the customer must return the product exactly in the condition in which it was received, with all its parts, the accompanying forms and its packaging in excellent condition.
The return of the product is accepted, only if the buyer has first paid any amount charged by the company for the shipment of the item to him and the shipping costs for the return of the item.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to cases that are exempt from the current legislation or for products that are not suitable for resale once they have been unsealed and / or used or for products that are ordered.
The withdrawal statement is exercised in writing or electronically and our company will inform the customer via email as soon as it is received.
After receiving the withdrawal statement, our company is obliged to return the price received within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the products while there may be a longer delay by the issuing Bank, something in which we have no control and we are not responsible.
The refund to the customer will be made by the same means by which the initial collection was made.
In case of opening the packaging or putting the products into operation, their value is automatically reduced as the product is characterized as used and the customer must compensate the company for reducing the value of the product. The reduction of the value from the opening of the package and consequently from the characterization of the product as used is examined on a case by case basis and is determined by our company.
In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete the online store has the right to request compensation from the customer.
